Greet customers and assist with drop-off and pick-up of garments.
Inspect garments for stains, damage, and special care instructions.
Sort and process garments according to care labels and customer requests.
Operate dry cleaning and laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Package and label garments for customer pick-up.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns.
