Job Summary:

Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events. Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment. Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment. Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment. Yard/Dock management is responsible for managing the coordination between the operation of dispatching, purchasing, shop management, maintenance, and yard management.


Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Asset/Equipment Managing
  • Yard/Dock Management
  • Coordination Logistics for items/materials for projects.
  • Procuring equipment, tools, and materials for projects.
  • Equipment budgeting/programs.
  • Managing Mobilization and Demobilization for projects.
  • Assist Operations division.
  • Service programs for assets.
  • Equipment Fabrication.
  • Delays down time on equipment for projects.
  • Equipment/Load Chart preplanning.
  • Weighted decision matrices analysis for equipment procurement


Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience managing the company’s type of facilities, equipment, and events preferred.
  • Understanding of our ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
  • Ability to maintain basic records and warranties.
  • Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records.

Additional Information

Compensation and Benefits Package:

  • compensation of yearly Salary between $90,000 and $110,000 Depending upon experience level.
  • 401(k) - Retirement Benefit effective after 60 days of employment.
  • 401(k) - matching 100% on first 3% and 50% on the 4th and 5th.
  • Dental/Health insurance – company pays 50% of employee’s premium.
  • (PTO) - 1 week for 1 and 2 years, 2 weeks for 3 years and beyond.
