Immediate opening for an ideal candidate that is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Entry level payroll. Must have experience with QuickBooks online. From scheduling, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
Schedule Service Calls
Dispatch technicians to the calls
Assist in handling office requests.
Proficient is Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Experience in Quick Books
