Opelousas area building materials company is currently seeking someone to work in quality control as an Order Verifier. This person will be responsible for checking all outgoing shipment to ensure that orders are accurate before reaching customers. Ideal candidate will have previous quality control experience, experience in shipping and receiving, and checking outgoing freight against paperework. Must have good math and measurement skills, have an eye for detail, and standards. Forklift needed to assist with loading trucks. The shift ends when the last vehicle is loaded, so this position has the possibility to run late in the evening, so candidates must have flexibility in their availability.
Full time, 2nd Shift
Mon - Fri, 1pm - until
$14-15/hr (DOE)
Raises available and opportunity for upward mobility.
